Answer: A) y+2=4(x-3)

Explanation:

Point slope form of equation is y - y1 = m(x - x1).

The point has coordinates (3, -2) and the slope is 4,then the point slope equation is y-(-2)=4(x-3). Then simplify to get y+2=4(x-3).

P.S. the slope is m and the coordinates go in the y and x with the one.
