Explanation:

You need to make a chart. More specifically a t-chart. You put the left colom as "X" and the left as "Y". Three is the rate of change on the right colom and you put x next to it. You then add the y-intercept whick in this case is 14 ( GOING OFF THE FIRST ONE)
