Find the slope of those points. Use (y2-y1/x2-x1) so you get your slope: 1/6 and plug in one of those points.

I used (10,-3)

1/6 times 10=10/6 which is 1 and 2/3 now you do 1 and 2/3 minus b= -3

So it is -4 and 2/3
