B. Infinitely many solutions
C. No solutions
D. No Solutions

Answer:

One solution (however i didn't find that option there)

Explanation:

3x-y = 14 ⇔ -y= -3x+14 ⇔ y= 3x-14 ⇔ y= 3-14 ⇔ y= -11

-6+ 2(3x-14)= -28 ⇔ -6+6x-28= -28 ⇔ 6x= 6 ⇔ x=1
