Answer and explanation:

There are many ways managers can cause mistrust within their departments. One of them is limiting the information that is provided to the subordinates. By doing this, the subordinates may start believing that managers have information to hide because they could be manipulating data of the company. By providing all the information available of the firm -according to the role of the subordinates, employees might feel they are being given with the tools necessary to perform their jobs efficiently.
