A'B'C'D' is a reflection of quadrilateral
ABCD over the line
m.

So, all the corresponding sides of both the quadrilateral should be equal.

Also, we can see from the diagram that
A'D'=32,\ A'B'=22,\ BC=20,\ and\ CD=30

As both image are reflection of same scale we can add corresponding sides.

So, the perimeter of
ABCD will be


AB+BC+CD+DA

And we have
AB=A'B'\ and\ AD=A'D'

Now, perimeter of
ABCD will be
22+20+30+32

Perimeter of quadrilateral
ABCD is
104
