You need to substitute the each value of "x" and its corresponding value of "y"" into the expression and the evaluate.

Then:

1) Substituting
x=2;y=1 into the expression and evaluating, you get:


2^2/ 1=4/1=4

2) Substituting
x=6;y=2 into the given expression and then evaluating, you get thie following:


6^2/ 2=36/2=18

3) Applying the same procedure , for
x=8;y=4 n , you get:


8^2/ 4=36/4=16

Finally, you can write the results obtained above into the given table, as you can observe in the picture attached.
