(x , 1/2x - 5/2) where x is a real number.

Explanation:

-2x + 4y = -10 ⇔ 4y = 2x - 10 ⇔ y = 1/2x - 5/2

then any couple of the form (x , 1/2x - 5/2) is a solution to the equation

example :

let x = 7 then 1/2x - 5/2 = 1/2(7) - 5/2 = 1

in this case -2x + 4y = -2(7) + 4(1) = -14 + 4 = -10

then (7,1) verify the equation
