Did Europeans colonize everywhere? Why or why not?

European countries, especially Great Britain, Spain, and France, colonized all over. They did this for many reasons like for wealth, land, religious freedom, trade, and spreading catholicism. Some examples are:

•The British: 13 colonies, parts of present day Canada.
•The French: colonized parts of Canada to New Orleans (U.S) and controlled the territory along the Mississippi river.
•The Spanish: colonized Central/South America and Florida.
