READ EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU START. Here is an outline. please use the information to create a public speaking 3 paragraph speech with the topic "Struggles young adults face today". the outline was created not copied. you don't have to use everything but it'll give you perspective. some of these things are my opinion based on research. the outline is very extensive and gives a lot of information so I don't think you'll have to look things up to get information.

Outline

Nothing is scarier than guessing the best futuristic job.

the Bureau of Labor Statistics' Occupational Outlook Handbook and Career Guide to Industries

These are the expected job markets of the future

Hard to know where the jobs will be twenty years into the future.

It is a global economy.

Takes longer to be an adult

Young adults live at home longer

Companies no longer provide a career-long job

Companies no longer provide a retirement

Even the military has moved to 401K retirements

Service or product or a product that also gives service

Some medical procedures are over the internet.

Other services like wiping somebody’s behind cannot be.

You can see a doctor or lawyer on the internet.

Companies have global meetings.

Unclogging the toilet cannot be moved oversees.

We have robotics, automation, biotechnology, and artificial intelligence.

All the words on the last line are actually synonyms,

Robotics is automation and artificial intelligence.

That technology adapted to flesh and blood is called biotechnology.

Uber is on the verge of self-driving cars.

All young people can do is weigh their options.

Make a list of what the experts say will be the future jobs.

Do I want to work in an automated McDonalds?

Do I want to spend years and years being educated and then re-educated?

Will I be able to remain in my own country and culture?

I made a list of the 30 most likely jobs in the near future.

I crossed out poor paying, too much school, and too much physical labor jobs

That only left two options: the dental hygienist and biotechnology.

I can clean teeth or design robotic body parts.

Although this speech may not be definitive research, it is an eye-opener.

Job projections are only seven years into the future.

Nobody has any real idea of how the current technology jobs will evolve.

Those unprepared will bounce from job to job and suffer greatly.

The rest of the people will try to stay ahead of the job market curve.

As said earlier, dental hygienist and biotech look like good futuristic jobs.

Step-by-step explanation:

Nowadays it is true that there are lots good source to refer, read, prepare for future jobs. But the challenge here is that 'n' candidate compete for 1 position. Candidate get jobs due to various reasons like luck, reference or with real potential. The next is that, the stream which the candidate study move away when they try to get job. So from this we should arrive at a positive aspect that skill is the most important resource and the younger generation can find jobs based on skills and only the skill will help the young generation to move up the ladder of success.
