#2 is 30 pounds
STEP BY STEP EXPLANATION
If 9 is 30% then you multiply it by three and get 90% 9x3=27 and to get the last ten percent you divide the 9 by three and you get 3, then you add that to 27 and you get 30

Answer:

The weight of an adult dog is 45 pounds.

Explanation:

9 pounds is 20% of the adult weight. To get to 100%, you have to multiply 20 by 5. Multiply 9 by 5 and it will be 45. Sorry for answering late.
