We know that diameter of a circle is two times it's radius, that's a basic relation among diameter and radius, so let's use this to find the value of diameter :

\qquad \sf  \dashrightarrow \:d = 2 * 7


\qquad \sf  \dashrightarrow \:d = 14 \: cm
