When a pair of wires is twisted, each of the wires will have nearly identical electrical characteristics with respect to ground. This results in almost no difference in the levels of induced noise voltage between the two wires.?

Answer: TRUE

Explanation: Generally wires DON'T EXHIBIT POLARITY,this means they do not have a positive side or a negative side, they are known as carriers of Electric currents. THEY CARRY ELECTRIC CURRENT FROM THE SOURCE OF THE ELECTRICITY TO THE POINT OR APPLIANCES OF USE. When wires are twisted together each will definitely have similar characteristics when compared to the ground and it will result in the same level of noise induced as Electric current flows.
