for 4 you could say mountain a is 2,250 feet higher or that it is x% higher.

for 5 you could put "the graph may be misleading because the graph starts at a non-0 number thus making one mountain seem much taller than the other" because both mountains start at 16,500 and not 0 making the difference seem more extreme than it is.
