y intercept is 66. at y intercept x is 0 . so y intercept point is (0,66)

x intercept is 24. at x intercept y is 0 . so x intercept point is (24,0)

slope m formula is
(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

Plug in the values in the formula and find out m


(66-0)/(0-24)=-(11)/(4)


y=mx+b

b is the y intercept 66


y=-(11)/(4) x+66

multiply the whole equation by 4


4y=-11x+264

add 11x on both sides


11x+4y=264
