z = 65°

y= 105°

Explanation:

angle z is adjacent to 115° on a straight line, hence they are supplementary angles, i.e they add up to 180°

hence,

z + 115° = 180°

z = 180° - 115° = 65°

recall that the sum of angles inside a convex quadrilateral always adds up to 360°

i.e z + y + 102° + 88° = 360° (we know z from above)

65 + y +102+88=360

y = 360 -65-102-88 = 105°
