There are many types of actions that turns into addiction and later becomes an habit. There are two types of automatic actions,
- Conscious actions
- unconscious actions
Conscious actions are things that a person does with a lot of presence of mind. The person is aware of the action and soon it becomes automatic and turns into an habit. For example, if a person waters the plants everyday, and happens to do the same thing without fail it turns into an habit.
Unconscious mind would neve be the answer for the actions that happens and never noticed unless it turns into an habit that cannot be removed easily. For example, the habit of smoking always happens with the action later as an automatic cycle.
