What is difference between ∆H and ∆H°

If it is shown as ∆H , then it means that a specific chemical reaction is undergoing heat in Kelvin(K). If it is shown as ∆H° , then it means that a specific chemical reaction is undergoing heat in Celsius(C⁰).
