Answer: Being disciplined in accordance with the company's mode of operations, in producing results with execellent performance.

Explanation: The hiring, firing, promoting, and placing on salary scheme in a company, in done by the HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER or PERSONNEL MANAGER.

In hiring a personnel in a company, the human resources manager looks out for the best candidate, whom has proven excellent result performance during the interview process, even when hired, for you to attain promotion in any company, the human resources manager will look at your performance and achievement ( that is the results you have proven ) within the role you're currently working as. The same is also done in the checkmate of payment scheme. The human resources manager does not pay according to how hard your role works in the company, but according to how strong your role has been as a major backbone( the major strength of the company's business) to the company's business.
