Answer: f(x)= 8

Explanation:

First you would plug in F(3) into the equation

replace the x with a three

f(x)=2(3)+2

then multiply the 2 and 3 because when you see a number next to another number in parenthesis you multiply them

f(x)=6+2

Then lastly you would add the result of your multiplied numbers with the two which gives you f(x)=8.

f(x)=8
