B. (8x-3)^2
You can’t factor anything out, because there’s no greatest common factor. That leaves the first two, and because the first one is a conjugate pair, the middle term will cancel.

Answer:

B) (8x-3)²

Explanation:

64x2 - 48x + 9= (8x)² - 2*8x*3 + 3²

Compare with a² - 2ab +b² = (a-b)²; a = 8x and b =3

=(8x-3)²
