Explanation:

−2(2x+3)=−4(x+1)−2 multiply -2 and -4 with inside the parenthesis

-4x -6 = -4x -4 -2 now add like terms

-4x -6 = -4x -6 ➡ -4x +4x = -6+6

that makes equation 0 = 0 this is called infinite solutions which means whatever number you use instead of x there will always be a solution.
