What is your personal view on the definition of health? Please consider the theme of "residing within the body". How have we seen similar explanations in mental health? How is it more generally linked to causal explanations that are common in our culture? Please comment on the definition of health between Eastern and Western cultures?

In my personal view the health can be defined in such a way that "we can live, achieve, work peacefully and live long life only because of good health".

Step-by-step explanation:

To explain health in terms of the theme "residing within the body",

  • it points about the mental health and physical health
  • the outer cleaning is equally important to clean the inner organs by drinking plenty of water, and eating nutritious food.
  • It is necessary to have work-life balance. We should never curse our body with too much of stress, work-load, etc.

Eastern and western culture:

Western:

  • Divides the "health from the disease"
  • Change the environment

Eastern:

  • Health as balanced state and disease means imbalanced state
  • Adapt to the environment
