If you look at the bottom of the graph you will see that it is labeled "Number of Hair accessories". Since we know that jessie bought 3 hair accessories we know that we are looking for a point at three along the x-axis. That is how we get the x component of the answer now for the y component if you look at the left part of the graph you will see that it is labeled "Dollars spent". Since we know that jessie spent 10 dollars we know that we are looking for a point at 10 on the y-axis. So the final answer will be (3,10) because the answer is written in a (x,y) format
