This is because it strengthens the knowledge of the origin and culture of the original owner. The main challenge is the ability of the owner countries to preserve these arts as there seems to be no infrastructures on ground to house these arts, also there is little or no security for the work of arts in the countries of origin. Furthermore, the laws of the host countries may hinder it's return as some of these artworks are regarded as state properties hence laws may have to be repealed( altered, changed) in order to accommodate the action.
