Answer and explanation:

Job research should be taken seriously if individuals want to match their expectations with what a company may offer. Otherwise, disappointments will arise leading them to start a job and quitting after a short period. In the long run, that scenario will not help professionals to make a path career. So, common questions that must be asked while identifying a personal interest in job research are:

  • Will I be able to find peers and coworkers that will help me grow professionally and personally?
  • Will I be able to apply the knowledge acquired at school?
  • Will I be allowed to express my personal opinion if there is something I do not like about the company?
  • Will I be able to follow a path career in that company?
  • Will the salary the offer be enough according to my expenses and expectations?
