Answer:Mill owners simply ignored the NRA's textile code and continued business as usual.

The supreme Court later declared it ilegal in the year 1935(2years after it's implementation).

Explanation: NRA( National recovery administration) was approved by President Roosevelt in the year 1933,the main aim was to improve the overall workers welfare and working condition. This was approved during the GREAT DEPRESSION when workers were poorly paid and working under unfavorable conditions. Many mill owners ignored the provisions of the code and continued business as usual.

The supreme Court finally invalidated the NRA Textile code during the year 1935.
