The equation of line in slope-intercept form is y=10x-7

Explanation:

Given:

Slope = m = 10

Line passes through point (1,3). Therefore x=1, y=3

The slope intercept form of a line is given as

y=mx+c ...................................(1)

where m = slope of the line, c = y-intercept (the point where line crosses the y axis)

Solving (1) for c, we get

y=mx+c\\3=(10*1) + c\\c=3-10\\c=-7

y-intercept = c = (-7)

From (1), the equation of line in slope-intercept form is y=10x-7
