Explanation: Punctuation marks used in form of sets to separate a text, phrase, saying or special words in a sentence or paragraph are called quotation marks. Also known as inverted commas. The pair of inverted commas are used, one at the beginning and other at the end of the sentence / paragraph.

However, from the grammar point of view when there are multiple numbers of paragraphs, we put quotation mark at the beginning of first paragraph and at the end of final paragraph.
