What causes sweating during running in order to maintain homeostasis

Explanation/Answer : It is simple while you are running sweating is caused by sweat glands responding to heat around the body as the body becomes warmer and warmer the sweat glands produce a sodium liquid we all know as sweat also comes from the body's water supply for instance if a person drinks much water they will sweat until much of the water depletes from the body as you are running.
