To find out the range of the function , find the value of y for each value of x

so

For x=-2 ----> y=-2-7=-9

For x=-1 ----> y=-1-7=-8

For x=0 ----> y=0-7=-7

For x=1 ----> y=1-7=-6

For x=2 ----> y=2-7=-5
