x = 6/√3 , y = 12/√3

Explanation:

sin 60° = opposite /hypothenus

√3/2 = 6/y

cross multiply

√3y=6 x 2 = 12

y = 12/√3

Tan 60° = opposite/adjacent

tan 60° = √3

√3 = 6/x

√3x= 6

x = 6/√3
