Answer:

A coffee shop makes 43,440 ounces of coffee drinks in one week.

Explanation:

Given:

Mugs used = 8 ounces.

Number of espresso served = 30 mugs.

Number of latte served = 400

Number of coffee = 5000 mugs.

We need to find the total ounces of coffee drinks the make in one week.

Solution:

Now we need to find coffee drinks in ounces.

But the given data are all in mugs.

So we will first convert mug into ounces.

Now we know that;

mugs used = 8 ounces

Amount of espresso served =
8 * 30 = 240\ oz

Amount of latte served =
8 * 400 = 3200\ oz

Amount of coffee served =
8* 5000 =40000\ oz

Now Total ounces of coffee drinks served in one week is equal to sum of Amount of espresso served, Amount of latte served and Amount of coffee served.

framing in equation form we get;

Total ounces of coffee drinks served in one week =
240\ oz +3200\ oz +40000\ oz = 43440\ oz

Hence A coffee shop makes 43,440 ounces of coffee drinks in one week.
