Answer:

The reasons for throwing up every morning can be many other than being pregnant or sick. There are four surprising reasons why one can feel sick in the morning:

Step-by-step explanation:

1) Throwing up in the morning or morning nausea can be caused by your diet. For example, eating a big meal before bedtime may cause acid reflux.

2) It may also be a sign of low blood sugar.

Solutions: Having a light snack or breakfast when one feels nauseated in the morning can alleviate the symptoms.

3) Nasal congestion can also be another reason. It may put pressure on one's inner ear, causing an upset stomach and nausea.

4) Anxiety can also cause morning nausea. Suppose, an important meeting is coming up tomorrow and one is completely tensed. This anxiety can cause one to throw up as well. But if this happens regularly, it is better to get checked with a doctor.

Solutions: Breathing in the fresh air, taking peppermint/ginger tea, counting on distractions like watching TV or films, and having smaller, frequent meals can reduce these symptoms.

In any case, if it goes on for a long period of time, then getting checked by the doctor is a must.
