200 degrees as the seventy goes along with its corresponding angle and the 180 for the line on the left makes 4/110 and 2 is 90

Angle 2 has a red square to show it’s a right angle which is 90 degrees. Angle 1 + angle 2 plus the given 70 degree angle make a straight line so the sum is 180. Angle 1 = 180-70-90= 20 degrees. Angle 4 = angle 1+ angle2 = 90+20=110

Angle 2+ angle4= 90+110=200

The answer is 200
