Answer:

V = 4/3 π R^3 volume of a sphere

V = π R^2 H volume of cylinder area of base X height

4/3 π R^3 = π R^2 H equal volumes

H = 4/3 R relationship of height to radius for cylinder

H = 4/3 * 13 = 52 / 3 cm = 17 1/3 cm
