Respected Sir,
I am a student of XYZ School which is located at PQR. I am currently studying in VIII grade. I am writing this to you on behalf of my class to apprise you of the deteriorated conditions of our school building and the lack of facilities in our school.
Our school does not have the facilities of full-fledged library and gymnasium. Moreover, we also lack the facility of lockers for students. The absence of these facilities had been causing hindrances in our overall development.
Hence, we request you to make provisions to provide our school with the facilities mentioned about.
