Strong-willed & stubborn. which one has a negative connotation and which one has a positive connotation? why?

Strong-willed has a positive connotation because when saying a person is strong-willed, it usually will mean the person is rather independent and won't give up easily.

Stubborn has a negative connotation as it suggests the person will disagree.
