Answer:

y = -3/4x + 14

Explanation:

y = 4/3x+ 7...slope here is 4/3. A perpendicular will have a negative reciprocal slope. All that means is flip the slope and change the sign.

4/3....flip it....3/4....change the sign....-3/4. So our perpendicular equation has to have a slope of -3/4

y = mx + b

slope(m) = -3/4

(4,11)...x = 4 and y = 11

now we sub and find b, the y int

11 = -3/4(4) + b

11 = - 3 + b

11 + 3 = b

14 = b

so ur line is : y = -3/4x + 14 <===
