A clothing designer had 1,734 meters of fabric to make Identical sweaters, of all the same size if each sweater used 3.4 meters of fabric, how many sweaters could be made

By Unitary Method we have

Number of Sweater = 1

Therefore for 1734 meter cloth,

Number of Sweater = ?


\textrm{Number of Sweaters}=(1734)/(3.4)=510

Therefore 510 number of Sweaters can be made in 1734 meters cloth.
