Answer: Bad user interface might deter the buyer

Explanation: Have you ever loved a site but had no idea on how to traverse through it? This is the same situation. Depending on how bad the user interface is, the customer may not be able to know where to buy the product. Also, if a site were to be put together with sticks and glue, it may look untrustworthy.
