For eye pain a cold compass could help. If that doesn’t help, you could try a warm compass too. I recommend trying to stay out of bright lights, since sometimes bright lights can cause the eyes to strain, making them hurt more.
If that doesn’t help, you could always take over-the-counter pain relievers, such as Tylenol or Advil. If the eye pain continues for more than a week, I suggest going to the doctor if you haven’t already. Getting a medical Opinion can always help.
