Well it depends what your symtums are(yes i know i spelt that wrong)

1. if its headache then drink lots and lots of water
2. if its your tummy, i sugguest medicine and a heat warmer oh yourtuumy
3. if its all then all
4. if its vomit bad and bad poop, then have blankets, a boll to vomit in, clean clothes, water, and watch some tv, also go to bed earlier cause sleep helps.
5. if its very VERY bad then go see your doctor or hospital
