so plot ur intercept points (0,2800) and (-28,0)

and u have a slope of 100....or 100/1

so start at (-28,0).....move up 100 and to the right 1....plot that.....move up 100 and to the right 1.....plot that.....keep following this pattern....ur line will eventually cross the y axis at (0,2800)
