Answer:

The debate over the use of GM foods started ever since the production of the first GM foods. Supporters of the GM foods tell that the GM foods have been thoroughly tested and approved by the FDA and in the long term they will be the best strategy to overcome malnutrition as the population is rising rapidly. Critics of the GM foods explain the threat that these foods can lead to the natural varieties to become extinct, As a result, there would be no variations among crops which could be a concerning and threatening situation. Also, they are concerned that it might happen that over the long term GM foods might be harmful.

Genetic medicines although properly tested may show differential results when used on people or may give rise to certain other conditions which the humans are unfamiliar for now.

  • Genetic engineering is considered safe by the government, showing no health concerns.
  • There is a risk of cancer and other health concerns that have not been studied.
  • Using genetic engineering could cause health problems in the future.
  • Genetic engineering is similar to using synthetic products such as DDT and estrogen and could affect organisms in a similar manner.

Hope this helps, now you know the answer and how to do it. HAVE A BLESSED AND WONDERFUL DAY! As well as a great rest of Black History Month! :-)
