We have
a=3,b=-2 and expression
-a+6b.

To evaluate expression substitute
a and
b with their values to get
-3+6\cdot(-2). Then simplify the expression starting with multiplication to get
-3-12 and now simply subtract get value of expression
\boxed{-15}.

Hopefully this will help.
