2(x^2+12x+18)=0 is the factored form of given quadratic equation

Solution:

Given that we have to express the quadratic equation in factored form

A factored form is a parenthesized algebraic expression

The factored form of a equation means it is written as a product of its factors.

4x^2+25x+28=2x^2+x-8

Put all terms on one side of the equal sign, leaving zero on the other side.

4x^2+25x+28-2x^2-x+8=0

Combine the like terms to get a standard quadratic equation

2x^2+24x+36=0

Factor out 2 from above equation

2(x^2+12x+18)=0

Thus the factored form is found out
