I think it says “You are an artist” because many people have some artistic ability. Art can be in the form of many things, like music or dance. Florists, gardeners, shoe designers, and bakers can be considered artists. Even Earth, people and animals are works of art created by God. I don't think everything can be considered art or that everyone is an artist, but it all depends on how you choose to view the things around you.
