351.68 millimeters for the cylinder and 8 23/75 millimeters for the half circle.

Explanation:

Volume Cylinder = 3.14(16)(7) = 351.68

Volume Half sphere = 2/3(3.14)(4) = 8 23/75

If you want both of them together just add up the two numbers.
