If you picked 41.5% of the apples on a tree, and you picked 34 apples, how many apples did the tree contain before you starting picking? (The percent figure is rounded , you need to pick whole apples)

Around 81 whole apples
34 divided by 41.5 = 0.81927711
0.81927711 x 100 = 81.9.....
So that rounded 81 whole apples and 0.9.... of an apple

It’s 81 apples
